Voice for Animals is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of animals in a wide range of circumstances. Our focus is on local (Edmonton area) or province (Alberta) wide issues but our motto could be “think globally, act locally."

We believe that we must lend our voices to speak out for animals that are abused and exploited. Animals, whether domesticated or wild, need our advocacy since they have virtually no protection under human law. We also believe that, ultimately, the disregard for the suffering of other species hurts us all.

Our areas of concern are:

• Animals in entertainment.
• Sport hunting and fishing.
• Animals in research and product testing
• Fur production.
• Companion animals.
• Factory farming and vegetarianism.
